Οι συνταγές του Conte για τον Peru Negrisa Organic είναι οι εξής:
Espresso
In: 18-19 gr
Out: 37 gr
Extraction Time: 28 sec
Water: 93,5 C, 130-150 ppm
Pour Over
In: 60 – 70 gr
Out: 1.000 gr
The coffee is grown by the Negris family and comes from the plantation named after it. The family has a company, also called Negrisa, which grows, processes, inspects and exports its own coffee. It is a traditional and self-sufficient farm that does not need to use external entities such as coffee processing stations (so-called mills) or “dryers”. All processes related to harvesting, sorting, processing and drying of grain are carried out in one plantation. Peru Negrisa coffee is grown in a plantation located between Villa Rica and Pichanaki, in the province of Chanchamayo, at an altitude of 1500-1700 meters above sea level. It is Arabica coffee of the Typica variety. It is processed using the “washed” method. The beans are from the 2025 harvest and received 83 points on the SCA scale and the highest ranking: GRADE 1. NEGRISA plantation can also offer coffees that are certified RFA, ORGANIC and Biolatina (national certificate).
